Purchases

I paid, but the full version is locked. On the home screen tap “For parents 🔒”, then “Full version” → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Can the whole family use one subscription? Yes. With Family Sharing turned on, everyone in your Apple family gets the full version on their own devices.

How do I cancel? On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal. If you cancel during the free week, you are not charged.

How do I ask for a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Word lists

Where do I put this week's spelling words? Home screen → “For parents 🔒” → choose your child → My Word List. Paste the list from school — one word per line or separated by commas. Numbers and bullets are cleaned up for you.

A word shouldn't be read aloud (like "read" or "live"). Tap 🗣️ next to it to make it a "quiet" word: it won't be read aloud, and the listen-and-type challenge skips it.

Quest from a photo

• Take the photo from straight in front of the board, with the whole maze in the picture and no glare.
• Drag the four corners to the corners of the maze, and use Turn if the top is on the side.
• Green is where heroes can walk. Tap a white area to add it or take it away. If your child drew the paths as single lines, choose "The lines are the paths".
• The app doesn't recognize drawn characters — place your heroes, monsters, and treasure in the editor.

Printing

Open a quest → Print → choose what to print → Print or save. US devices print on Letter paper, others on A4. Tip: put the map in a clear sheet protector and draw on it with a dry-erase marker.
